iApply.pro is an AI-assisted application platform for preparing, improving, managing, and tracking complex applications. Its live product helps people work from their existing CV and evidence, understand a target role, make reviewed improvements, prepare documents, and track the submission through its outcome.
From source material to outcome
The product is designed to support the full application lifecycle rather than stopping at a generated CV or cover letter. AI changes are proposals for the user to inspect—not automatic edits or autonomous submissions.
What is live today
ATS analysis and resolver
iApply compares a CV with a target role, identifies coverage and missing requirements, then turns the gaps into specific, reviewable edits across the application material.
Writing Studio
Focused AI support for CV sections, experience bullets, cover letters, and application answers—grounded in the user’s existing material rather than a blank prompt.
Application tracking
Applications, stages, history, and outcomes remain connected to the material that produced them, so the workflow does not end when a document is exported.
Evidence Library
A reusable collection of verified achievements, skills, projects, metrics, documents, and role-specific answers that can support future applications.
The core design principle: AI should make a person’s real evidence more usable—not invent a stronger version of their story.
Built to extend beyond jobs
Jobs are the first application domain. The underlying platform is being extended toward grants and funding applications, where opportunities, source documents, requirements, evidence, versions, and review matter just as much as drafting.
The architectural direction is shared application infrastructure: opportunity and requirements → evidence → assisted analysis and drafting → human review → document history → submission tracking → outcome. That means new domains can build on the same evidence and workflow foundation instead of becoming isolated tools.
Model choice is part of the product
iApply uses OpenAI for its standard AI experience, while Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI) lets users connect compatible AI providers and choose a model. The platform validates provider connections and selected models, and can reflect the different AI-cost structure in subscription pricing.
Full-stack product delivery
iApply is a full-stack TypeScript and React SaaS product—not a thin interface around a single prompt. Its product architecture spans application data, evidence provenance, access controls, document ingestion, billing, AI-provider routing, and production deployment.
Production delivery places Cloudflare at the public edge and combines it with Supabase authentication and row-level security, controlled secrets, payment-webhook validation, and deployment checks. These layers are developed and tested as part of the product boundary rather than being treated as infrastructure that can be added after launch.
